Great multivitamin Even with eating a balanced diet, it's sometimes hard to hit all of the micronutrients each day. I try to get the majority of them from food, so the fact that these are whole food based is a major plus. Another plus side is the two pill dose; instead of taking two, I can just do one to simply supplement my diet, rather than the full dose. Speaking of dose, the %DV of each nutrient send to be well thought out rather than just cranking it up to 11 in everything. The digestive enzymes are great for nutrient absorbtion. Overall, it's a good multivitamin; does the job and is reasonably priced for a whole food based product.

I have to say, I'm slowly moving all of my supplement needs towards AMRAP, this multi-vitamin, has been my third product, along with the Super Greens and my favorite, the Beet Nitrates; all are amazing products with great benefits. I'm researching their HMB, Glutamine and ZM Plus. I'm still with Sheer Strength for those products. Overall, great product 5 Stars.
